PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply a liquid in accordance with a supply amount and a supply speed of the liquid also when a fibrous absorber is used as a negative pressure generation member. SOLUTION: A liquid supply container 30 having a liquid storage part for storing a liquid in a sealed space, and a capillary force generation member storage container 10 having a capillary force generation member 13 inside are connected by two gas-liquid exchange paths. Gas-liquid exchange between the liquid supply container 30 and the capillary force generation member storage container 10 is conducted with the use of both or one of the two gas-liquid exchange paths in accordance with a supply quantity and a supply speed of the liquid.
