发明名称 METHOD FOR LITHOGRAPHIC PRINTING
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve identifiability of an image portion and a non-image portion, plate wear resistance, coating properties, by irradiating a printing original plate having an anodized titanium layer with a laser beam in an image-like state, thermally scattering and removing an anodized film of an irradiated portion to record an image. SOLUTION: A titanium metal plate material is anodized on its surface to a lithographic printing original plate. In the case of recording an image by ablation of a laser beam, a laser beam source containing many infrared components is used. The beam is modulated in accordance with the image and scanned on the plate. The image is recorded on the anodized titanium metal film by removing it by irradiating the film with the beam. The image is printed and exposed on the surface of the anodized metal film, and then the plate is sent to a lithographic printing step without developing. Thus, a developer is not required, clarity of the printed surface is kept, and excellent plate wear resistance and coating properties can be provided.
