摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of pork cutlet by using cheese is provided, to prevent melted cheese liquid from falling out of the fried pork cutlet by coating pork cutlet with cheese and dumpling skin before a step of quick freezing the pork cutlet covered with flour, egg and bread crumb. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of pork cutlet comprises the following steps. Sirloin of pork meat is cut into 1.5-2cm(10). The cut sirloin is soften by beating with a softening hammer(20). The softened pork is marinated with seasonings for 12 hours(30). The marinated pork is coated with soft processed cheese(40). A dumpling skin covers the cheese-coated pork(50). The pork is coated with flour, eggs(60) and then bread crumbs(70). The coated pork is quick frozen at -3 5deg.C for 12 hours(80) and packed in a final step(90). The pork cutlet coated with cheese provides more nutrition for improving the growth of children.
