PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically urgently stop a device when a worker is about to be pulled into a matter to be treated or a roll. SOLUTION: In this system, a mat switch 20 which is ON when a load is applied to a working floor surface 50 and OFF when load is removed is laid in the front of a device 40. A non-contact type area sensor 30 which is OFF when a light is shielded and ON when the light is not shielded is set in the front surface of the device 40, and when the load on the mat switch 20 is eliminated while the load is added to the mat switch, and the light of the area sensor is shielded, the device is automatically urgently stopped.
