PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the clogging and improve the maintenance property by providing a fan chamber for covering the circumference of a rotating shaft on a mounting frame for supporting an electric motor, providing a ventilating blade having a number of radial fine paths formed thereon within the fan chamber, and a taking means for taking out oil and water separated in the fan chamber. SOLUTION: When an electric motor 12 is started to rotate a ventilating blade 14 housed in a fan chamber 22 at high speed, the air present in a number of radial fine paths 35 formed on the ventilating blade 14 is run out radially by the centrifugal force, while air is sucked through an inlet port 18 and run into the fine paths 35 from the inside. The air flow sent from the ventilating blade 14 is turned to the rear, carried to a rear casing 13 through vent holes 19 formed on a bulkhead 16, and discharged to the atmosphere through a rear exhaust port 17. At this time, the oil drop or water drop accompanying the air flow is radially shaken off and adhered to the inner wall of the fan chamber 22 since its specific gravity is different from that of the air flow, whereby the oil drop or water drop is separated from the air, run down and accumulated.
