PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slat constituting a blind capable of eliminating twisting and deflection and giving soft and warm feelings without radio jamming. SOLUTION: Slats A, B are constituted by arranging a reinforcing rigid member 2 or aggregate 3 on a face on one side of a slat material 1 and integrating them. The slat material 1 is made of a raw material such as paper, cloth, wooden thin plate, and natural fiber such as felt or a raw material such as synthetic resin film or tape, and these raw materials are formed like a belt having a width dimension corresponding to a target slat. The reinforcing rigid member 2 is formed like a belt having a smaller width than a width of the slat material 1, and they are bonded and integrated at both ends in the direction of width. Moreover, the aggregate 3 is formed into a molded body 4 having, for example, semicylindrical or triangular shape, and they are bonded and integrated at substantially the center in the direction of width of the slat material 1. Consequently, the rigidity is increased and twisting and distortion are prevented by integrating the reinforcing rigid member 2 and the aggregate 3 with the slat material 1.
