PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make adjustable a shoot position of a down pipe and to obtain a good appearance of an eaves edge after construction, by forming the cross section of the down pipe so as to engage with an edge of a gutter, and providing a water dropping cylinder connected to the down pipe, on a bottom plate which is bent almost at right angles with respect to an eaves edge direction. SOLUTION: A connecting edge of a shoot port member 2 has a size which conform to the peripheral surface of a gutter D, and a front surface plate 22 and a rear surface plate 23 are erected so as to sequentially extend from a bottom plate which assumes an almost L shape in a plan view. A stop water plate 26 which is curved to an almost semicircular shape is arranged at an end of the shoot port member 2, which is bent into the L shape with respect to a gutter D direction and extends in a sideward direction. A bottom plate of the shoot port member 2 has a drain 28 with a collar 29 around the same, on which a down pipe G is externally fitted to be connected to each other. The shoot port member 2 is installed on the front end of the gutter D at a location of an eaves edge corner of a roof, so as to be externally fitted on the same. Thus, an elbow can be shortened, and maintenance is facilitated. Further, the shoot port is positioned at a side portion of the eaves edge corner, which emphasizes the sense of unity between the gutter and the eaves edge of the roof, and prevents slippage or slant after construction, to thereby obtain a good appearance of the eaves edge.
