PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor manufacturing method capable of low-cost and continuous machining of motors. SOLUTION: In a line 31 of a motor manufacturing processes of this motor manufacturing method, rotors 11 are brought into the state of mounting them on bases 33 to carry them in the arrow direction by a belt conveyer 32. Halogen lamps 35 irradiate near-infrared rays, to generate an optical beam band. When the rotors 11 are carried by the belt conveyer 32 and they are positioned under line-type lamps 34a, 34b, the abutting portion of the end portion of the riser portion of each rotor 11 against its electrode is heated by the beam band of the near-infrared rays. Then, by fusing the cream solder applied to the abutting portion, the abutting portion is filled with the fused solder. After passing the abutting portion under the line-type lamps 34a, 34b, it is cooled down naturally, and soldering is completed.
