SOLUTION: In this bias circuit which comprises an NPN type transistor(TR) 14, etc., and supplies a bias voltage to a drain terminal D of a field effect transistor 11, a circuit including a capacitor Ca and resistances R1 and R2 is connected to the base terminal of the NPN type TR 14 and the time constant determined by the capacitor Ca, and resistances R1 and R2 is matched with the time constant of the heat of the field effect transistor 11.
