摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly detect the state of erection without depending on an internal pressure by a method wherein detecting devices are provided at positions where the upside of a flexible membrane touches at completion of erection of the flexible membrane. SOLUTION: Three units of pressure detecting devices 20 each in a diaphragm type are installed at a ceiling wall 16 of a conduit 15, being right angled against the direction of flow. A flexible membrane 11 is arranged in the conduit 15, being right angled against the direction of flow, and the membrane is inflated approximately into a semicircular shape with an air injected. On completion of erection, the flexible membrane 11 closes the inside of the conduit 15 and becomes a gate. At this time, the upside of the flexible membrane 11 comes into contact with a ceiling wall 16 of the conduit 15, and the pressure detecting devices 20 provided at the position of contact receive a compressive force and electrically detect deformation of the diaphragms, and a completion of erection can be confirmed at a remote position. Since an air pressure inside the flexible membrane 11 is monitored by a pressure detector 18 for prevention of bursting, a double-check by the pressure detecting devices 20 and the pressure detector 18 becomes possible, and the state of erection of the flexible membrane 11 can be detected much certainly.
