PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate fear of remaining of gas such as air in a product and to suppress generation of a defective item by setting a position for forming an opening of a vent through-hole in the neighborhood of a corner of a molded item where the gas such as air tends to remain. SOLUTION: When a rectangular molded item is molded, an opening 7 of a vent through-hole 6 formed on a mold part 3 on the underside of a mold is arranged in the neighborhood of the corner part r of a molding region R. When vaccum processing in the mold is performed in molding process, as gas such as air can be surely eliminated from the corner of the molded item where deaeration is conventionally not good, generation of a defective item caused by remaining of gas such as air in a product is suppressed.
