PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly mount a pedestal without looseness and to facilitate stopping of falling of a bolt from the pedestal. SOLUTION: A mounting cylindrical part 4 to be inserted into a receiving hole 3 of an installing article 1 is provided on the back surface side of a pedestal 2, a rotation non-allowing part 5 to be engaged with the receiving hole 3 is unrotatably formed on the base end side of the mounting cylindrical part, 4 a male screw part 6 is formed on the head end side of the mounting cylindrical part 4, and the pedestal 2 is fastened and fixed on the installing article 1 by a nut 7 fitted on the male screw part 6. A screw shaft part larger in a crest diameter than an inside diameter of an inner peripheral collar part of a receiving cylindrical part 8 is rolled on a peripheral surface of a head end part of a shaft part 11 of a bolt projected from the mounting cylindrical part 4.
