PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb variation of a dimensions so as to perform assembly of a cylinder without causing backlash and facilitate assembly by arranging a resilient member between first and second cylinders. SOLUTION: The diameter of a second cylinder 2 is set to be smaller than that of a first cylinder 1, and both are fitted together freely with a ring resilient member 3 arranged between them. The resilient member 3 is constructed of a ring body 4, a plurality of first projections 5 abutting to the inner circumferential face of the first cylinder 1 arranged on the outer circumferential face of the ring body 4, and a plurality of second projections 6 on the inner circumferential face of the ring body 4 abutting the outer circumferential face of the second cylinder 2, and the first and second projections 5, 6 are formed into plane shapes and formed on the axial one end side while mutually shifted in the circumferential direction of the ring body 4. As the first and second projections 5, 6 are brought into contact with the first and second cylinders 1, 2, a contact area between the first and second cylinders 1, 2 is reduced, and insertion of the resilient member 3 is facilitated. In addition, elasticity of the first and second projections 5, 6 can be increased.
