PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a power conservation and a stable operation of an equipment to be compatible by turning off a driver power source when a power conservation mode is set, controlling so that a detected voltage coincides with a voltage set by a controller, and lowering a power source voltage of a controller power source from a normal voltage. SOLUTION: A driver 12 of an outdoor unit searches as much condition as to eliminate the control of a driver such as a compressor, a fan motor or the like, and turns OFF a switch 4 under the control of a CPU 6. Then, even when a power source is turned on, the condition that the driver 12 becomes a stop state for a predetermined time or longer according to data such as a room temperature, an atmospheric temperature, a set temperature or the like, a time, or a temperature gradient is delicately judged to a power conservation mode, and a power conservation control is conducted during its period. That is, switch 4 is controlled to be off, a voltage controller 14 is simultaneously controlled while detecting the voltage of a power detector 13, and an output voltage of the voltage 3 is stepwisely lowered to a lowest voltage (e.g. 3 V) capable of allowing an equipment from 5 V to conduct a power conservation. |
