PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization by freely using a cover glass in which the variance of the pipetting quantity of a sealing agent pipetted in a sample is made as small as possible and also whose length is different. SOLUTION: The cover glass sticking device of a microscopic sample to which the cover glass is placed and stuck on the sealing agent pipetted in the sample of the microscopic sample stuck to a slide glass is provided with a carrying means having a carrying plate 64 to carry the slide glass to which the sample is stuck, a pipetting means having a moving device to move a pipetting nozzle 72 pipetting the sealing agent to the sample stuck to the slide glass carried to a specified position by the carrying plate 64 in a specified direction and the taking-out and placing means of the cover glass having the moving device by which the cover glass positioned at an uppermost position is absorbed and taken out of the cover glass stacked at the inside of a holder container 84 and an adsorbing pad 90 to place and stick it on the sealing agent pipetted by the pipetting means is moved in the specified direction.
