PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a constant quality even if assembled by a different worker, with less clamping parts which use a screw member while no adjustment operation is required. SOLUTION: Notches 6a and 6b of a second holder 6 is engaged with notches 4c and 5c of shelf side boards 4 and 5, and both ends 6m and 6n of the second holder 6 are allowed to approach the inner surface of receiving parts 2a-1 and 2a-2 of a case 2. An engagement protrusion 7c of a first holder 7 is inserted for engagement into a notch 2f of the receiving parts 2a-1 and 2a-2 of the case 2 so that a holding claw 7a of the first holder 7 and a holding claw 2c on the case 2 side hold a back board 8. The case 2 is capped with a cover 1 to regulate the movement of the second holder 6 so that the pitch of the shelf side board 4 and 5 is fixed, and the cover 1 presses the first holder 7.
