PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sound of an audio signal under continuous reproduction from being skipped by switching a control signal to be outputted from a servo control part and the signal of a preset DC voltage on the basis of the compared result of a rotating speed comparing part. SOLUTION: An encoder pulse signal is inputted to a rotating speed comparator 19A and a rotating angle computing element 19B. The rotating speed comparator 19A measures the cycle time of the inputted encoder pulse signal and compares it with basic cycle time so that the rotating speed of a slide motor 4 is compared with a reference rotating speed. The signal of the compared result of rotating speeds is inputted to a system controller 15 and the system controller 15 outputs a control signal switching command to a signal switching circuit 8 so as not to rotate the slide motor 4 faster than the preset speed, switches a signal to be inputted to a driving circuit 5 from the control signal to be outputted from a servo control circuit 7 to a voltage Vref of the DC voltage and impresses the prescribed DC voltage to the slide motor 4.
