PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a function of a screen by surrounding a sheetlike ventilation member provided with many small holes by a frame body and forming an outer face of the ventilation member and inner faces of the small holes into mirror faces. SOLUTION: A stainless sheet member 11 provided with many small holes 12 is surrounded by a metallic frame 13, and an outer face of the sheet 11 and inner faces of the holes 12 are formed into mirror faces or light reflecting faces by plating to constitute a screen 10. Or, many one side punched small holes having rectangular vent holes are provided on the sheet member whose outer face is the mirror face. Next, many small holes are formed on two sheet members arranged at a predetermined interval, the small holes are arranged at positions differing from each other, a surface of the outer sheet is a mirror face, and the sheet members can move minutely and mutually in a scope of a pitch of the small hole or less to adjust light and wind quantity as required. Consequently, external light is reflected on the outside of a ventilation member and is introduced into a room through the inner faces of the small holes, and it is possible to prevent a person from looking the inside of the room from the outside at night.
