PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently construct a building having a shape provided with a top structure at the top of a core shaft and further provided with a building body thereunder. SOLUTION: A top structure 4 is set up on the ground and a core shaft 1 is erected in sequence to temporarily support the top structure 4, and further, while getting a reactive force therefrom, it is raised up in sequence. After the top structure 4 is installed on the top of the core shaft 1, the building body 5 is set up in sequence on the ground and hung up to install it. When the top structure 4 is adapted for a building having a shape swingably supporting the top structure 4 through a swingably supporting device such as a spherical seat 3 to the core shaft 1, after the building body 5 is hung up in a state that the top structure 4 is temporarily supported on the top of the core shaft 1 and the whole floors of the building body 5 are hung, the top structure 4 is supported movably in the omnidirectional range on the swingably supporting device installed on the top of the core shaft 1.
