PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel outer wall excellent in airtightness/watertightness. SOLUTION: An indoor side block 30, an outdoor side block 31 and a sheathing board 32 for connecting these blocks in the indoor/outdoor direction are arranged on a seal piece 25 installed in an upper corner part of a panel. A horizontal tight material 16 and a vertical tight material 21 arranged on the indoor side of a framed panel are connected by the seal piece 25 to eliminate disconnection of a water stop line. Since an end part of a joining place by recess/projection fitting of upper/lower panels is shielded by the sheathing part 32, disconnection of a water stop line in the end part of the joining place is also eliminated. The lower end of a water stop tape 28 in a vertical joint space is connected to the seal piece 25 to also make a water stop line on the outdoor side.
