PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flashing structure of eaves capable of shortening a construction period and capable of reducing a cost. SOLUTION: In a flashing structure of eaves having a modesty panel 60 on a side surface and having a ceiling panel (a ceiling board) 50 on a bottom surface, a recessed place is arranged in a lower side peripheral corner part for crossing the modesty panel 60 and the ceiling panel 50, a lower rail 80 is arranged in this recessed place, and throating 90 is composed of a clearance part between the lower rail 80 and the ceiling panel 50. The lower rail 80 is constituted so as to hold a lower frame material (a lower edge part) 63 of the modesty panel 60 by engagement of a recess A and a projection B.
