PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the frequency of the same program following operation near a fringe area and to eliminate the sense of incongruity by making a 2nd prescribed level as a reference with which 2nd service broadcasting is switched over to 1st service broadcasting less than a 1st prescribed level at which the 1st service broadcasting is switched over to the 2nd service broadcasting. SOLUTION: A controlling part 15 executes the same program following operation by an RDS receiving system 30 when a BER detected by a BER detecting part 26 becomes equal to or more than a 1st prescribed level while a DAB receiving system 20 receives a broadcast program of a DAB system, and switches and selects the sound output of the broadcast program of the RDS system which is currently received by the system 30. When the BER detected by the part 26 becomes below a 2nd prescribed level while outputting sound of the broadcast program that is currently received by the system 30 by the same program following operation, the sound output of the broadcast program that is currently received by the system 20. Here, the 2nd prescribed level is less than the 1st prescribed level.
