PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute damping of vibration by preventing a device from being limited by the installation place and also suppressing increase in the gravity of the device. SOLUTION: An arm part 3 and an eyepiece lens barrel 4 as an observation optical system are provided, and also a dynamic vibration reducer unit 10 is provided between an intermediate lens barrel 5 and a CCD camera 6. Vibration of the arm part 3 is detected by a vibration sensor 15, and the eyepiece lens barrel 4 which is the weight 20 of a dynamic vibration reducer, the intermediate lens barrel 5 and the CCD camera 6 are vibrated in the Z-direction by driving a piezoelectric type actuator 13 in accordance with the vibration of the arm part 3 by a controller 16, so that the damping of the vibration of the arm part 3 is executed by reaction thereof.
