PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance control circuit input impedance variable to the respective common-mode components and differential components of signals. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with an addition circuit 10 connected to a first terminal (a) for supplying first signals and a second terminal b for supplying second signals for outputting the sum voltage of the terminals, a first voltage/current conversion circuit 12 and a second voltage/current conversion circuit 13 for converting the output voltage of the addition circuit 10 to a current by a first voltage/current conversion coefficient, a subtraction circuit 11 for outputting the difference voltage of the terminals, a third voltage/current conversion circuit 14 for converting the output voltage of the subtraction circuit 11 to the current by a second voltage/current conversion coefficient and a forth voltage/current conversion circuit 15 for converting the output voltage of the subtraction circuit 11 to the current and inverting it by the second voltage/current conversion coefficient. The output of the first voltage/current conversion circuit 12 and the third voltage/current conversion circuit 14 is connected to the first terminal, and the output of the second voltage/current conversion circuit 12 and the forth voltage/current conversion circuit 15 is connected to the second terminal.
