PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectum temperature measuring probe capable of suppressing a running cost low, and allowing a temperature measuring means to adhere surely to the rectum wall on the prostate side without damaging insertion operability having large insertion resistance when passing through the anus. SOLUTION: A balloon body 15 is mounted detachably on a balloon mounting window 4 of a hard probe body 2, and a temperature measuring part 6 is arranged on the opposite side of the balloon mounting window 4 of the probe body 2, and the balloon body 15 is fixed on the probe body 2 by inserting a balloon fixing shaft body 19 into a guide hole 5 of the probe body 2, in the state of the balloon body 15 mounted on the balloon mounting window 4 of the probe body 2. Fluid is injected into the balloon body 15 in this state, to thereby expand the balloon body 15 in the projecting state from the balloon mounting window 4 to the outside.
