PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the function of a wood-based floor plate by forming slippage preventive grooves on a fiber board surface formed of natural wood fibers, and attaching a hook-and-loop fastener to a rear surface of the fiber board, which, then, is stuck to a backing plate. SOLUTION: A wood-based floor plate 10 is produced by finely tearing fibers of a natural wood and molding the same into a floor plate with high density. The floor plate 10 has slippage preventive grooves 11 formed in a surface thereof. The floor plate 10 includes a wood-based floor plate 10a having no projection 12 nor depression 13, a wood-based floor plate 10b having the projection 12 formed on a single side surface, and a wood-based floor plate 10c having the depression 13 on a single side surface, which are used in combination with each other. Next, a hook-and-loop fasteners are attached to a rear surface of the floor plate 10 and a front surface of a backing plate, to thereby detachably stuck the floor plate 10 to the backing plate. When the floor plate 10 is damaged and therefore exchanged, the floor plate 10a, and then the floor plates 10b, 10c adjacent thereto are sequentially removed, to thereby fit a new floor plate 10. Thus, slippage and damage can be reduced, and emission of formaldehyde, variations in dimension, distortion, secular deformation, etc., can be alleviated. Further, it is easily exchangeable in a short period of time.
