A recombinant construct comprising genes encoding for first and second extracellular matrix proteins. The first ECM gene is fused at its 3' end to a DNA sequence encoding a trans-membrane domain. The second ECM gene is fused at its 3' end to a gene encoding a protein capable of binding to a protein coat of a virus.
