PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the charging of a secondary battery at an appropriate time by improving the accuracy of control of remaining capacity of a secondary battery and the like in a motor-driven device and enhancing the simplicity thereof. SOLUTION: This motor-driven device is provided with secondary batteries 2B, 3B, measurement means 16, 17 for measuring their states, storage means 11, 12 for memorizing their measurement information and information relating to the characteristics of the secondary batteries, a control means 6 for controlling the driving of a load 10, a clock means 4, a display/operation means 13 having a time setting function and a time display function for the clock means 4, and a charging unit 5, and controls and charges the secondary batteries 2B, 3B based on the information of the measurement means 16, 17 and/or the storage means 11, 12, and the time information of the clock means 4. |
