PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To timely provide lane guide information, even during high-speed running by efficiently making the lane guide information into data. SOLUTION: This apparatus includes an information memory means 3 with map data including branching pattern data stored therein, a searching means 4 for obtaining branch information from the map data and searching for a connection relationship between an approach way and a leave way at an obtained branch, and the number of lanes, and a branch diagram-generating means 3 for generating a diagram of corresponding branches by combining the branching pattern data, on the basis of the searched connection relationship of the approach way and leave way, and the number of lanes with reference to the branching pattern data. |
