PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure provided with a latticed floor slab and execution method therefor which can be applied to a new and existing structure without spoiling characteristics intrinsically provided in the latticed floor slab. SOLUTION: Latticed floor slabs 1b, 1c are constituted of main members 2b, 2c, lateral members 3b, 3c arranged orthogonally to the main members 2b, 2c, a plurality of auxiliary members 4b, 4c installed between main members 2b, 2c, frame members 5b, 5c formed of main members and lateral members disposed at the outermost side of the latticed floor slab, and connection members 9 formed of both projected ends of the lateral members 3b, 3c. The latticed floor slabs 1b, 1c are connected to each other to be freely rotatable around pins set in the direction of the main girder 6 by the connection member 9 and the pins.
