PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent durability for causing no curing of an ink by incorporating good ink wettability in an ink supply roll in a stencil printer. SOLUTION: In an ink supply device for a stencil printer comprising an ink supply roll 1 in a plate cylinder 2 of an ink permeating structure in such a manner that a printing ink is supplied from an inner periphery of the cylinder 2 to a stencil base sheet mounted on an outer periphery by the roll 1 as the cylinder 2 is rotated, a contact angle of the roll 1 to a surface material is 100 deg. or less, and the material is a nonmetal having a swelling ratio to a ultraviolet curable monomer of the material of the roll 1 set to a range of±5% or less.
