PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to write-once of the main part of a music to an outermost peripheral track as to a CD-R disk taken out by recording only an intermusic signal on this track. SOLUTION: The outermost peripheral track is detected, wherein contents of the track are recorded on a program area with the track at once system in a state information regarding the track is not recorded yet on a PMA area. The detection is made whether the recording on the outermost peripheral track is finished at a last part on the area of an INDEX 0 of a Q sub-code, or the track is recorded up to the area >=1. When the recording is finished at the last part of the area of the INDEX 0, the contents of the track are written once on the outermost peripheral track by making the INDEX=1 to the top successively to the area of the INDEX 0, next, the information regarding the outermost peripheral track is recorded on the PMA area. When the recording is being made up to the area >=1 of the INDEX, the information regarding the outermost peripheral track is recorded on the PMA area without writing once the contents of the track on the outermost peripheral track.
