PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a facility cost, an operation cost and a setting space. SOLUTION: This device has a decomposition processing furnace 15 holding a molten bath formed by melting incombustible waste that is inorganic oxide 18 of waste generated in facilities, inside a metal vessel 17 heated by a heating means 16; and a supply means 14 supplying combustible waste and flame resistant waste 11 that are organic matter of the waste generated in the facilities to the decomposition processing furnace 15 together with a supply medium, leading them into the molten bath of the inorganic oxide 18 from a bottom part of the metal vessel 17. By bringing the organic matter 11 into contact with the inorganic oxide 18 in the decomposition processing furnace 15, the organic matter 11 is thermally decomposed by use of heat of the molten bath of the inorganic oxide 18.
