PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a loudspeaker which is easily designed and has full acoustic amplifying effect. SOLUTION: The loudspeaker 10 includes a diaphragm 12. A hemispherical oscillator 14 is fitted to the center of the diaphragm 12. With the oscillator 14 as a center, plural resonating cylinders 22, 24, 26 and 28 are arranged coaxially on the diaphragm 12. A short resonating cylinder 22 is arranged at a part near the oscillator 14, and the resonating cylinders 24, 26 and 28 are arranged longer, as one goes toward the outside.
