PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a seal member integrally with a cowl louver and to prevent lowering of sealing ability due to thermal deterioration. SOLUTION: Both ends of a seal body 1 which is formed of soft material having elasticity and has a substantially U-shaped section are respectively fixed to the cowl louver 4 and a flat plate part 2, and the cowl louver 4 and the flat plate part 2 are directly or indirectly fixed to the car body. An opening of the seal body 1 is regulated from being expanded, so that when the seal body 1 is pressed to a hood 6, restoring force is generated by both the shape effect and the material quality. Accordingly, even if thermal deterioration is caused, high sealing ability can be kept by the restoring force generated by the shape effect.
