摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a fluid dynamic pressure bearing part, in which a minute dynamic pressure groove is accurately and stably produced according to a design standard even in mass production. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for bearing part comprising a producing process and an adjusting process is provided. The producing process further comprises, a process of retaining a machining electrode 8, a process of retaining a bearing part 6 at a predetermined position with respect to an electrode portion 10, a process of supplying electrolyte between the machining electrode 8 and the bearing part 6, and an electric power supply process of supplying machining power between the machining electrode 8 and the bearing part 6. The adjusting process further comprises, a process of extracting the machined bearing part 6 every time a predetermined number of the producing process has been completed, a process of measuring a dynamic pressure groove of the extracted bearing part 6, a process of comparing prestored reference data of a groove shape with data of the measured groove shape, and a process of changing electro-chemical machining condition based on the comparison result.
