PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve pulling strength of a building by improving junction strength between upper-floor and lower-floor building units via a beam when supporting the upper-floor building unit with a beam for bridging walls near the side of each part without any walls of two lower-floor building units. SOLUTION: In the upper/lower-floor junction structure of a unit building 1, connection bolts 21 and 31 projecting down from a beam 17 are fixed to pulling metallic materials 22 and 32 of a lower-floor building unit 12A, and a connection bolt 21 projecting up from the beam 17 is firmly connected to a floor metallic material 40A of an upper-floor building unit 13A.
