PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coaxial capacitor in which generation of heat in the conductor layer when a large current flows through the layer is prevented, the occurrence of delamination and cracks is suppresses when the capacitor is subjected to baking, and the occurrence of cracks is suppressed when the capacitor is subjected to a thermal shock (ΔT) test. SOLUTION: In a coaxial capacitor, the thickness of the conductor layer 4 is made larger than those of ground electrode layers 3.
