PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic circuit board, by which electrical short circuits can be easily prevented using a simple constitution and to provided a method for manufacturing the ceramic circuit board. SOLUTION: Since first and second convex parts 21 and 22 have a thickness of 20μm-40μm, their thickness is equal to or larger than that of burrs 23 and 24 respectively generated at sections 25 and 26. Accordingly, when resistor paste is printed on the surface layer of a glass ceramic multilayer substrate 10, the printing plate can be protected surely, the printing plate can be prevented surely from being damaged by the burrs 23 and 24, and electrical short circuits can be prevented surely. Further, since the first and the second convex parts 21 and 22 are formed by partially increasing the thickness of a conductor wiring layer, the first and the second convex parts 21 and 22 can be formed easily on the conductor wiring layer. Consequently, electrical short circuits can be prevented easily using a simple constitution.
