PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of discontinuous points between a discrete spectrum in an interpolation region and an interpolation spectrum, by executing a proper two-point interpolation processing for obtaining a two-point interpolation kernel, in interpolation processing of the discrete spectrum after FFT processing. SOLUTION: A DSP#B 6 executes interpolation processing for interpolating the interval between discrete spectrums obtained by an FFT processing by a DSP#A 5 at data conversion processing. In the interpolation processing, if the difference between two interpolation target discrete spectrum data F(j), F(j+1) in an interpolation region is larger than a prescribed thresholdε, the DSP#B 6 executes two-point interpolation processing, and if the difference is smaller than the prescribed thresholdε, the DSP#B 6 executes four-point interpolation processing.
