PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated ceramic capacitor which has a satisfactory temperature characteristic, can be reduced in size and cost, and increased in capacity, and can operate highly reliably under a high-temperature load. CONSTITUTION: A laminated ceramic capacitor 1 has a ceramic sintered body 2, which is composed of a reduction-resistant dielectric ceramic in which particles 6 having core-shell structures and particles 5 having homogeneous structures existing mixedly, contains a plurality of internal electrodes 7a-7f, and carries external electrodes 8 and 9 on its external surface. In the sintered body 2, the ratio of the total area of the particles 5, having homogeneous structures to that of the particles 6 having core-shell structures, is adjusted to be in the range of 2:8 to 4:6 in the cross section of the sintered body 2 cut along an arbitrary direction. |
