PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise in a cooling fan. SOLUTION: The inside of a box body 11 is divided into two upper and lower spaces by a board 16. A hole is made in the board 16, so that air passes through the divided two spaces, and a fan 12 is provided there. The fan functions so that the air in the lower space out of two-divided space is sucked up to the upper space. The air taken in from an intake port 13 reaches the fan 12 passing under the board 16, and there the air is sucked up above the board. The air sucked up is taken out via the upper part of a component 15 dissipating heat through an exhaust port 14 out of the box body 11. Since the fan 12 is placed at a position apart from the intake port 13 and the exhaust port 14, noise generated from the fan is absorbed inside the box body and is hard to leak to the outside of the box body, and noise is decreased.
