SOLUTION: A telescopic beam 2 revolving from the backward direction to the upward direction along a vertical center surface M-M in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle 1 is mounted, the telescopic beam 2 is formed into the inverted dog leg shape, a short piece 2a side is journaled on a pivot 19 of a car body 1, a long piece 2b side is expandable and contractible, a wing piece 17 for loading front wheels of the damaged car is mounted on a point of the telescopic beam 2, a supporting tool 3 is demountably mounted on the wing piece 17, a bracket 6 for main pulley is rotatably supported by the supporting jig 3 at the point of the telescopic beam 2, a main pulley 7 is pivoted on the bracket 6, and a wire 14 coming out from a winch 12 of the vehicle 1 is connected to a hook 15 through a car body side intermediate pulley 13, a telescopic beam point side auxiliary pulley 10 and the main pulley 7.
