<p>A signal processing device and a method therefor and a program storing medium, wherein the residual status of an input signal, when the input signal is compressed, is subjected to psychological acoustic analysis in response to the compressing, the analyzed result is output as psychological acoustic encoding information, and, based on the psychological acoustic encoding information, electronic water-mark information is superimposed on the input signal, whereby it is possible to easily generate electronic water-mark information with a large compression resistance and electronic water-mark information with a small compression resistance.</p> |
