PURPOSE: A preparation method of rubber having excellent color and heat resistance is provided, which minimizes organic material of waste water for preventing environmental pollution and which is suitable for manufacturing impact resistant polystyrene resin and polystyrene sheet. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of rubber having excellent color and heat resistance comprises the following steps: (i) removing living polymer activity by agitating after adding neodecanoic acid of formula (1) to living polymer which is manufactured by anion polymerization method, R1 and R2 are alkyl group, the sum of R1 and R2 carbon number is 7; (ii) after adding Irganox 1076 of formula (2) and Irganox 1520 of formula (3) as anti-oxidizing agent to the polymer whose activity is removed in step (i), agitating; (iii) after adding calcium chloride to serum water in the dispersion container, performing a steam stripping for collecting rubber crumb.
