PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt holder having an anchor bolt holding function similar to the prior art anchor bolt holders, and enabling reductions in the number of part items related to an anchor bolt, the weight of the part items, and the labor required for threading operation. SOLUTION: In this anchor bolt holder 10, a tapped hole 12 into which a threaded part 15b at the lower end of the anchor bolt 15 can be threadably engaged is formed in the center of a disc-shaped holding member 11 and a hexagonal nut portion 13 is provided on the lower surface of the holding member 11.
