SOLUTION: Short horizontal pole members 15, 15 and long horizontal pole members 18, 18 which have predetermined length module dimensions are stretched between at least a pair of longitudinal columns 12 and 12 erected from a ground surface 6, and a punching board 19 having predetermined length module dimension in breadth or a wide net board 20 is attached by detachable mounting devices 30 between the longitudinal columns 12 and 12 to constitute a fence device.
