PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric filter and a dielectric duplexer that can improve an out-band attenuation characteristic in the vicinity of a pass band without changing the pass band characteristic. SOLUTION: Three inner conductor forming holes 2a, 2b, 2c are formed from one-side end face of a dielectric block 1 to the other side end face opposed to the one-side end face, inner conductors 3a, 3b, 3c are respectively formed to inner faces of the holes 2a, 2b, 2c and an outer conductor 4 is formed to nearly the entire outer face of the dielectric block 1. A part 7 with no outer conductor formed thereto is arranged in an area between the inner conductors 3a and 3b and between the inner conductors 3b and 3c over both end faces on one side face (upper face in Figure 1) of the dielectric block 1 in parallel with the arrangement direction of the inner conductors 3a, 3b, 3c.
