PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-temperature pressurized hot-water generating device, which can arbitrarily adjust the pressure in heating section and can heat water quickly with high heating efficiency. SOLUTION: A high-temperature pressurized hot-water generating device is provided with a tank 2 for storing water, a water supply pump 3 for supplying water, and a relief valve 4, which is provided on the downstream side of the pump 3 and maintains a prescribed water pressure by relieving pressurized water to the tank 2, when water is pressurized in excess of the prescribed pressure due to the water supply from the pump 3. The generating device is also provided with an electromagnetic induction heating section 5. The generating device arbitrary adjusts the temperature of the pressurized water to be within a range lower than the saturated liquid temperature corresponding to the pressure.
