PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cap preventing the temperature of the inside of the cap from rising to a fixed temperature or higher than it. SOLUTION: A bottom opening edge part 11 of the cap 1 is provided with air-permeable holes 12 and 121 at portions of parts to be stuck fast to the sides of the head including the forehead of a wearer. The air-permeable holes are formed at several parts of front, back, left and right of the cap. The sizes of the holes are sufficient to readily ventilate outside air and, for example, the diameters of the circular air-permeable holes are about 2-5 cm. Consequently, outside air is introduced from the air-permeable holes 12 and 121 to prevent the temperature of the inside of the cap from rising to a fixed temperature or higher than it.
